EGDAŞ CAREER UNITS
Our Facility Maintenance Team
It operates the electrical and mechanical systems of the buildings we undertake, and carries out maintenance and repair activities. You can work as an engineer or technician, responsible for the operation and follow-up of these systems. In addition to EGDAŞ trainings, it is important for us and for you to have knowledge about electrical and mechanical issues, to follow the developments of the sector so that you can manage the adaptation of new technologies to the facility. Success is achieved by the flawless operation of the whole system, so your perspective on life and business is very valuable.
Finance and Financial Affairs
Our Finance and Financial Affairs team develops the strategies in accordance with the feasibility of the projects and carries out the implementation stages with a central control.
It fulfils all kinds of financial affairs and transactions of our companies within the framework of legal regulations, company needs and policies with its Accounting, Investor Relations, Budget and Reporting departments. In order to be successful in these departments, mastering newly adopted legislation and legislation in force as well as analytical thinking are one of the most important factors in the smooth operation of our system.
Contract Management
Our contract team helps us to identify the risks of all kinds of contracts in all projects we will undertake (construction works, project contracts, all material or service procurements, subcontracting, consultancy, lease agreements, addendums, releases, business partnerships and confidentiality agreements, etc and documents such as agreement, protocol etc.) thus giving the project management or department in need, the chance to make risk and benefit analysis, and to sign the most appropriate contract. After signing the contract, It supports our project teams or departments in need regarding the actions to be taken in any claim, delay, time extension, force majeure, termination, penalty and compensation etc. that may be encountered within the scope of the contract. To be able to follow the legal regulations and developments is an complementary feature for our company.
Contracting, Quality, Planning and Cost Control
Our quality department prepares the work methods in accordance with the specifications and standards for the realization of the desired manufacturing processes by paying attention to all the articles and details of the contracts, checks whether the production on site is carried out in accordance with these methods and ensures that the quality-oriented work culture is applied by spreading it to all employees. Dilligence, your love to supervision and reporting are important criterion for this department.
1) Commitment, On Site
This department carries out tasks such as following all the implementations on site, ensuring that necessary measures are taken by controlling the workforce, material and occupational safety, and supporting the completion of the project in the committed time and quality. In order to do this job, it is important to graduate from the relevant engineering faculty, to be suitable and willing to work in site conditions, and to follow technology for professional development.
2) Commitment, Purchasing
Our purchasing team conducts quality-cost analyses, from planning to purchasing the required products, from delivering the products to the relevant place on time, to constantly monitoring the process, and to monitoring the amount and use of materials in the warehouse. If you say communication and negotiation is my job, if your priority is to follow the business and the market well, you can go a long way with us.
3) Commitment, Design
From the beginning of a contract, it makes all technical drawings and related calculations for electrical and mechanical systems, makes them applicable and supervises the application phase on site. You can take your place in our contracting design department, if you are hypercritical enough to detect errors in project drawings and calculations, have strong communication skills and versatility to work efficiently with the site team, customers and colleagues.
4) Commitment, Bidding
During the process of bidding, our bidding team performs, without regional boundaries, the necessary works for the tender file, such as examining the project specifications and drawings, carrying out and checking the estimation studies, calculating the man-hour information to determine the labour cost. Preparation of the tender files properly plays a key role in winning the projects and finalizing them as planned. Foreign language skills and general culture will enable you to be experienced in technical matters, to follow the developments in international markets in matters such as procurement, logistics and finance, thus you can be an indispensable proposal engineer for EGDAŞ.
5) Management Systems
Continuous development and improvement is very important to us. It is among the responsibilities of our Management Systems team to establish quality and smoothly functioning systems for our companies that are caring about quality, environment and OHS issues, and to ensure that these systems are adopted and applied at all levels. Legal regulation knowledge and following the standards closely, being able to establish systems by blending your basic knowledge with experience and creating practical solutions, and coordinating the employees to adopt and implement these systems in harmony like a conductor are sufficient criteria to take your place in EGDAŞ.
